Melissa Phan

Melissa was admitted to practise law in Western Australia in 2015. After gaining experience in a broad range of matters, she now practices exclusively in migration law.

Melissa provides advice to individuals and corporations on a broad range of visas, with a particular interest in complex employer-sponsored work visas. Prior to joining Munro Doig, she had previous experience working in a large migration agency and a boutique commercial practice.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts (majoring In Asian Studies) from the University of Western Australia.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys social netball; spending time with family; growing her plant collection; and spending time with her dog, a corgi named Charlie.
